Our expert on leadership development, Mats Kristensen

You will meet Mats Kristensen, CEO and co-founder of FRONT Leadership. Since its inception, the company has helped thousands of leaders become better and "more amazing". Mats has developed leadership strategy for dozens of Norway's most recognized companies, as well as hundreds of leadership programs. In 2017, he started what is now by far Norway's largest network for leadership developers, while also leading three other HR networks. Mats is also responsible for the HR program at BI Norwegian Business School, co-author of the HR book for Gyldendal, and a columnist in HR Magasinet. Prior to FRONT Leadership, Mats was an operational manager in the Norwegian Armed Forces, before working 10 years with leadership development at GE and Orkla.
