Mats Kristensen is co-founder & Managing Partner at FRONT Leadership with special responsibility for strategy and commercial matters. He is a lecturer at BI, network leader for several professional networks, co-author of the HR book (Gyldendal), columnist in the trade magazine Personal og Ledelse and responsible editor of the monthly magazine Leadership Weekly.

Stian Jensvoll is a co-founding partner in FRONT Leadership and a highly sought-after leadership coach with experience from a number of major projects. He has 20 years of experience as an operational leader from the Norwegian Armed Forces, both nationally and internationally. In addition, Stian holds a bachelor's degree in Management with a specialization in change management from BI University College.

Robert Marsalis has 20 years of experience in leadership development, team and organizational development, including as senior manager responsible for leadership development at Det Norske Veritas.

Geir Landsgård is a specialist in sales and business development. He has worked in this field for over 20 years and now leads sales processes for FRONT leadership. He has a degree in business administration with a specialization in strategic personnel management and is also a certified NLP coach.

Hildegunn Danielsen is an experienced specialist in management, leadership development and onboarding, with over 20 years of operational management experience nationally and internationally. She holds an MSc in Business Administration from BI Norwegian Business School with a specialization in organizational psychology, and has held senior positions in GARD and Cargotec/Macgregor.

Øyvind Tjernæs is a versatile leadership developer. He was an officer in the Norwegian Armed Forces for 20 years, including several leadership positions in the Military Police. In addition, he has worked for many years as a diving instructor, and is the owner and general manager of Tjernæs Mulitiservice, which offers contracting work, tree-felling, fall protection and work at height. His education is primarily from the Norwegian Police University College and the Norwegian Military Academy.

Sandra Blichner is Marketing Manager at FRONT Leadership. She has several years of experience as a salesperson in both the private and corporate markets. Previously, Sandra worked as a marketing consultant for FRONT Leadership, and since 2020 she has been responsible for Customer Success in the company. Sandra took on her current role in 2023.

Kristina Vognild is a Customer Success Specialist at FRONT Leadership and works with administration and customer follow-up. Kristina is currently taking a bachelor's degree in HR with a specialization in technology and digitalization at Kristiania University College. She has several years of experience in B2C sales and is committed to creating good experiences for our customers and course participants.

Gunn Brigitte Danielsen is an experienced specialist in learning and leadership. She has over 10 years of experience as a consultant in both public and private sectors, and is a frequent lecturer in Change Management and Management as a Practice at various universities and colleges in Norway. She has a master's degree in Change Management and further education as an interdisciplinary supervisor, in addition to her training as an educator.

Camilla Caspersen is an inclusive, engaging and quality-conscious leadership developer. She is committed to creating insight and curiosity in in the individual manager, both in self-development and the development of others, .Camilla is able to see people, their strengths and potential for improvement, and places great emphasis on building good relationships between manager and employee.

Stine Melfald is an inspiring leadership coach with over 10 years of experience in leadership and organizational development. Her experience includes being the Learning and Development Manager for Specsavers in Northern Europe and she has solid leadership experience from a matrix organization, with changing tasks and complex projects at the intersection of resources and tasks.

Kaia Hansæl is Customer Success Coordinator at FRONT Leadership and works with administration and customer follow-up. Kaia has a varied background with over 10 years of experience from the service industry, including several leadership roles,  always working with the customer in focus. She is solution-oriented and creative.

Rikke Huke Digranes is Customer Success Coordinator at FRONT Leadership and works with administration and customer follow-up. Rikke has over 10 years of experience in the service industry and is passionate about creating great customer experiences. She holds a bachelor's degree in marketing management with a specialization in personal sales and sales management from BI Norwegian Business School.

Marthe Røed Pedersen is a Leadership Advisor at FRONT Leadership. She works with establishing and maintaining customer relationships, and specializes in advising leaders in relevant leadership programs, providing increased value for the manager and the company.

Malene Karlsen Småbrekke is a Leadership Advisor at FRONT Leadership and works with establishing and maintaining customer relationships. She has extensive experience in finding suitable collaboration opportunities, and is dedicated and hardworking in her role.

Camilla Sommerfeldt Bentzen is a leadership developer at FRONT. She has 20 years of experience in developing leaders, management teams, work teams and organizational cultures, both in the private and public sectors. She also has 10 years of experience in the national and international B2B market, in various management and specialist roles within product and business development, sales and marketing.

Olav has a background as HR director in large Norwegian companies such as Equinor ASA, NorgesGruppen ASA, Circle K, and Apotek1. He is a prominent spokesperson for the HR community in Norway and has a major in sports psychology as his educational background. He has also been a national team coach in table tennis and head of training at ICA Norge AS.

Linda is a committed, positive and goal-oriented leadership developer who is passionate about developing people and companies from the heart. She has 20 years of operational management experience from various industries in the private sector. She has worked for many years with change management, business development and coaching (ICF-ACC), where she enjoys leading and developing people in change. Her ambition is to develop leaders into good leaders who care about their employees - for real!

Marit Horgen is a leadership developer at FRONT Leadership, in addition to a position with the Norwegian Defense University College. She has worked full-time with leadership development at all levels in various organizations for over 20 years. She has been a leadership developer in AFF at the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) and a consultant on the Solstrand program as well as a large number of leadership development programs in the private and public sector.She has been a leadership and organizational developer in the Police and the Army.
