Privacy statement

This privacy policy applies to all business processes in FRONT Leadership AS, hereinafter referred to as the Controller.

The policy provides information about data processing carried out by the Controller and determines the purpose and means of the processing as well as data processing we do on behalf of our customers based on their instructions.

Processing of personal data is necessary for us to be able to fulfill our contractual obligations and serve you as a customer. Personal data may also be used for the following purposes: Sales, contact with customer service, marketing, information, bookkeeping.

When marketing by email/text message, we obtain explicit consent in advance.

By providing us with your personal information when submitting a form with your contact information, you agree to the terms described in this Privacy Policy.

If you have objections to our processing of your personal data, you may also lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency.

You have the right to have your personal data corrected or deleted
You may at any time ask us to correct inaccurate personal data or to add new data if you believe the data we hold is incomplete. You can also ask us to delete your personal data at any time. In addition, you can impose restrictions on the processing of your personal data.

You have the right to demand access
You must identify yourself in order to gain access to the personal data we have registered about you, and you can contact us at any time to obtain such an overview (section 18, first paragraph of the Personal Data Act). We will respond to you within 30 days of you contacting us, free of charge. Send an email to success@frontleadership.com if you wish to access your personal data.

When do you share information with us?
We only collect information about you to send you relevant information you request. We never collect and store your information without your consent, and never use the information for anything other than what we have provided.

Examples of situations where you share your personal data are:

  • Register by filling out one of our forms on our website (e.g. subscribing to newsletters, articles, customer events or via a contact form)
  • Applying for vacant positions

We will only request personal data that is necessary for the purpose in question. Your personal data is stored in our CRM tool, Hubspot, for as long as necessary, or until we are notified of correction or deletion.

Do we share your personal information with others?
We will never sell or disclose your personal information to a third party.

Any third parties that receive personal data from us are through separate agreements and are subject to the duty of confidentiality.

Cookies
Cookies are cookies that are stored in your browser and register which pages you have visited. On our website, we use cookies to see how our customers use our web pages so that we can make them better and more relevant. Cookies are only linked to your IP address and therefore do not disclose any other personal information. Ad management
We use tools for managing ads and keeping track of traffic from paid channels. The tools we use for this are Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Ad Composer and Google Ads. Google Ads is used to display our ads on external websites (such as online newspapers). The cookies are used to keep track of which ads are shown, count the number of impressions, clicks, etc. This is done on an anonymous basis and cannot be traced back to individuals.
