Customer Success Coordinator

Your main task as Customer Success Coordinator in FRONT Leadership will be to facilitate and ensure customer success through exceptional management and heartfelt customer service.

You will work closely with all functions in the organization and be responsible for coordinating the administrative aspects of a delivery, both with the customer and internally in the organization. You will be responsible for

  • The programs of defined customers, including onboarding of the customer; participate in start-up meetings, set timelines and ensure progression in the delivery.
  • Support onboarding of participants, together with the responsible leadership developer, so that each participant has the information they need and feels taken care of.
  • Manage and coordinate activities throughout the program, including digital learning content, follow-up of participants, evaluations and course certificates.

You will work closely with the delivery manager and the rest of the customer success team. The position reports to the Customer Success Manager.
