In a time of economic uncertainty, FRONT Leadership has stood firm and helped strengthen the focus on leadership throughout 2023. While many companies have cut back, we have managed to maintain significant progress. Providing leadership development in an accessible and sustainable way has proven to be our key to success. Not only have we adapted to challenging changes in 2023 - we have also managed to maintain 'gazelle growth' for the fourth year in a row. This is an achievement we are proud of - and comes only as a result of hard work and satisfied customers.

Our customers have succeeded

When the customer has succeeded, we have succeeded too. We are often both inspired and impressed by what our customers do and achieve. Through our development processes, we have seen results that go far beyond numbers and statistics. From giving a new lease of life to a future retiree, to improving the working environment and self-management among participants. From reducing sickness absence and employee turnover, to increasing confidence and pride in the leadership role. Our focus on practical and relevant leadership training is having a clear impact on all our customers. The positive feedback from participants is unequivocal, which gives me faith and energy for the future. I am in awe of the energy our leadership developers put into our customers, and how the call center ensures that details and individuals are taken care of every step of the way.

Two new strategic collaborations

Key collaborations have put us on the map as a global player in leadership development in 2023. Our new strategic partnership with EY not only gives us a broader range of services, but also access to new and exciting markets and projects. Together, we make each other stronger and more relevant to the customer. At the same time, our partnership with Admired Leadership in the US has put "Executive Coaching" on our leadership menu, and opened the doors to a massive US market. In the future, we will be able to "export" the "Scandinavian leadership philosophy" to new continents using our particularly effective development methods.

Sales challenge turned into sales development

2023 has been a year of pride and success in attracting large and solid customers. We have expanded our portfolio with established names such as Sparebank1, Tensio, DOF Subsea and Colorline, as well as exciting companies such as Inmeta and Cegal. Although we had challenges with sales capacity in the first half of the year, the addition of the stars Malene Småbrekke and Marthe Pedersen has helped to increase sales capacity. In addition, they have helped shape 2023 as a training year, where we have positioned ourselves solidly for the coming year. In 2024, we can reach out to more businesses that need better leadership and management.

Being recognized by our peers in the industry through the Consultant Award is a confirmation of years of dedication, innovation and continuous improvement. Standing side by side with the largest and most experienced consultancies and receiving this recognition is a milestone that gives us the drive to continue our hard work. It gives us confidence and reassurance that we are doing something that is very good and that we will continue to do so in the future.

Marketing success

The year 2023 began abruptly with TAKE LEAD in the ballroom at the Munch Museum. The purpose of Norway's largest leadership development conference is to help managers and companies "take the lead", so that leadership becomes an advantage. This was both an effort and a resounding success. The conference was twice as big and with twice as long a program as the previous year! In addition to inspiring leaders and businesses, we also presented Norway's most comprehensive report on leadership development, with fascinating facts and insights.

Sandra Blichner then took on the role of Marketing Manager with great enthusiasm and energy. In this role, she has accelerated our marketing efforts by developing and implementing a targeted marketing strategy, which we hope and believe the market already appreciates.

Promising for 2024

We are now entering the new year with great optimism and anticipation. There are many exciting customer projects we're really looking forward to following. There is a lot of potential for innovation and further development, and there are many who want to work with us to create synergies for the benefit of all the leaders out there. We are firmly united in our belief that everyone deserves a great leader. That's why everything we do will aim to contribute to better leadership for more people.
