their time and prioritize correctly. The leadership program is suitable for both employees who need
degree of self-management and for talented leaders who can eventually take on more leadership responsibility for
others.

The subject of management has become crucial to the success of companies. It is increasingly the individual who is the expert on their own work tasks, and each employee must therefore increasingly take responsibility for managing their own working hours and ability to prioritize correctly.
An increasingly complex working life, where changes are happening faster and faster, also demands more of those who take on a leadership role.

The Self-leadership program gives participants the tools they need to take more responsibility, whether it's for their own work tasks or a leadership role. Participants will learn how to effectively influence the environment around them so that everyone gets more done.

They are given the tools they need for both their own and their company's success, and they are trained to make themselves and others perform and collaborate better. People who have taken this program in the past have typically increased their productivity or been promoted within a short period of time.

The training of participants takes place as an integral part of the job, which means that the business can see an immediate impact. This special type of leadership development over 12 months is effective and profitable.

The classes of a maximum of 12 people can either be for employees in the same company, for example across departments - or filled with employees from different companies.

FRONT Leadership currently has leadership coaches with seven different native languages, so training can take place in the language that best suits the business. Through the program, the leadership talents get a solid network of leadership talents and managers.

Master the different methods of self-management

In this program, you will get an overview of the different perspectives of leadership and learn to master the different methods to make yourself and others deliver even better. Which method you should use depends on both the situation and the person.

Task-oriented leadership is focused on "goals and direction", relationship-oriented leadership will focus on "care and support", while change-oriented leadership is concerned with "development and improvement". It is important to be able to use all these perspectives at the right time and in the right context.

Establish new patterns of behavior

What works in one context may be unsuccessful in another, and the academic content will help participants understand which method will have the best effect in different situations and with different people. Together, we establish new patterns of behavior and better practices - for the benefit of the effectiveness of the participant and the company in which the participant is employed.
